Mean Girl Self Defense now offers online courses for Level 1. We are working on completing the entirety of Level 1 online. In the meantime, Unit 1 is available for FREE. Although anyone can watch the Unit 1 videos through this forum, the course itself has articles to study and quizes to make sure the online student is getting the same valuable information online as they would at an in person course. We even send a certificate of completion after each unit.
